  • Neuromuscular massage is a form of deep massage that is applied to individual muscles. It is used primarily to release trigger points (intense knots of muscle tension that refer pain to other parts of the body) and also to increase blood flow.

    It is often used to reduce pain. Trigger point massage and myotherapy are similar forms.

    This therapy can be used as a means to enhance, pre-event preparation, reduces recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event, promotes endurance, helps prevent injuries & prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.

  • This massage therapy is similar to Amaya’s Massage, the deeper pressure & beneficial in relaxing chronic muscle tension.

    The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons & fascia. Deep Tissue reduce stress hormone levels & heart rate while boosting mood & relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin & serotonin.

  • Is to relax the entire body. This massage goes beyond relaxation & is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation & flexibility while easing tension.
